Interesting chat on the Caravan Club stand at the SECC today.
They confirmed the site at Strathclyde Park would be up and running under their management by 2013 and will be open all year.
Even better they are taking over the Aberdeenshire Council site at Stonehaven. (But not till the end of this year so will be well into the 2013 if not the 2014 season before it is up to standard) It's in a nice spot but looks awful ... once the CC have worked their magic it will be wonderful ... they are also in discussion about other sites ... when I mentioned another Aberdeenshire Council Park (Aden Park at Mintlaw which has CC written all over it IMHO) the guy just smiled and said again they were in discussion about other sites!
So some nice additions to the sites network.
