A small group of us (caravan plus 3 or 4 tents) are looking to visit Hampshire for a week from July 19th (Thurs/Thurs probably due to various other commitments).

I'm having a bit of trouble finding the right site and wondered if anyone had ideas.

Requirements
Caravans & tents allowed to camp in the same area.
Good quality shower block
Electric hookup
Dogs allowed (well one anyway!)

Location: not too far from motorway routes as we have plans to visit a range of places (Lyndhurst, Winchester, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and also a day in the Windsor area where of the group used to live).

I looked at the CC site Morn Hill (Winchester) but the family with 4 kids reckon the reviews suggest its shower block isn't up to the standard they'd like.   Sites down in the New Forest often have no electric and also the traffic down there is horrendous making day trips to other areas more difficult.

You could take a look at South Hants Country Club. I have never been there but it is supposed to be very nice and in a central location for where you want to go. Not sure how the pricing would work out though.
