If your in either the CC or the C&CC there are a few CLs or CS sites that may be suitable. Theres also the Cayton Village tourist park, which is near to the Cayton surf club in the bay, but I believe the approach for the surfers down to the beach is quite steep, its a few years since I visited that beach, and it was fairly tough going then down the cliff face paths.
Also as previously mentioned in one of my posts, Marine Drive in Scarbrough will have very restricted parking around the north bay seafront and the area that the surfers frequent due to major road works this season, which may be a problem for anyone needing to carry boards and other equipment some distance from where they are able to park up.
