Rowntrees Park in York has a skate park & last time I went I noticed that there was a C&C club (it might've been a c&cc), its a great location anyway because its right next to the river, within walking distance of the City centre although it seems quiet because its surrounded by the park and not traffic, the park itself is lovely with tennis courts, liafs of play equipment, water areas etc. I don't know what the ameneties are like on the site though as (obviously) never camped there.
