i know its ages away and we have summer first but has anyone been to or can recommend campsites with activities they have been to over the bonfire and fireworks season?

Last November we stayed at Deers Glade in Norfolk and they have an annual Torch & candle light procession through the woods to a Bonfire and fireworks display - was really well organised with hog roast & beer tent etc

We went to the Deers Glade display as well and can heartily reccomend it to anyone. The staff at Deers Glade put a lot of effort into this event with candles and carved pumpkins lighting the forest walk and the fireworks display seemed to go on for ages. The food and drink available was good and not too expensive.........must book my pitch now.

It is quite a way from Manchester - we travelled from Leeds - but easy access onto A1 for us and we did stay the week.
Definately booking for this year.

If you are a memebr, both the Clubs organise rallies/meets over the Halloween and Bonfire Night weekends.
I am going to Catterick Racecourse for Halloween and Brompton on Swale for Bonfire Night.
