St Neots is a very good site, with a lovely riverside location. It's also a pleasant walk across parkland to the town.
Thanks, what is the site like in the wet especially after all this rain.
I live about 6 miles from Cambridge but work in Cambridge. There is a nice site in Cherry Hinton, which is about 2 miles out of town (but on all the main bus routes). Haven't stayed there, living so close but can vouch for it being a nice part of town.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

This one appears to be a caravan club one and we are not members of the caravan club, and reading some of the reviews on this site about the wardens would make me go some where else.
Probably too far to travel, however, I highly recommend the Thetford Forest C&CC club site.
Easy to drive to and from Cambridge, as it is only a short distance from A11.
