Sorry the subject was so vague.
I'm made a bit of a mistake, didn't book the campsite we so desperately wanted for August and now buggered.
We wanted to go to the isle of wight, we wanted to stay at appuldurcombe but no pitches left.
I'd still love to go to the iow but it sure so wondered if anyone knew if any similar sites in and out of the iow
I loved the friendliness of the site and the fact is is quite small. I love the entertainment in the eve as it wasnt a big dancing show just somewhere the kids could go and I could get a wine. I love the small cafe. I want all this but not sure where I could get it.
I'm gutted, I've asked if they could let me know if they have any cancellations but I need to find somewhere else realistically.
I'm in Wiltshire so nowhere up north, if not in the iow then south west area.
Thankyou
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We are heading back to IOW in three weeks after having a fab time there last year. We will be staying at Whitefield Forest again as we loved the site so much. There is no entertainment as such but we made our own. The big plus for the kids is the adventure play park which is in the woods. My two loved it. Lots of space to make dens. They made lots of friends too. It's a lovely quiet site in beautiful surroundings.
