Bagnol, tyddyn isaf, or white lodge all Anglesey. They are all beach side but you have to exit campsite to get to the beach in a very short walk so would require adult supervision and no play area at Bagnol.

Not sure how far you want to travel, but Scotland has more than it's fair share of beach sites.
I live in Aberdeenshire and have at least two sites right by the beach. Check out Banff or Fraserburgh
