There are a few here

http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/calcdist.asp?bar=&shop=&restaurant=&md=5&l=53.344198&lg=-1.760902

The nearest one to castleton is a CC site,

Laneside at Hope is probably the next nearest about midway between castleton and ladybower.

I haven't stayed at any in the area so can't reccommend personaly

wallbrook campsite is near hartington, near Buxton, maybe too far, but defintiely worth a trip if you want a quiet site thats clean and cheap and not busy with a local pub about 5 mins drive away where you can eat with your kids and doggie if you have either !!  we went about 2 weeks ago and was £5 per person a night, with clean showers, loos and a washing up area x
