Hello everyone, We are just back from a week in sunny crete and are still in the holiday mood and was thinking about a couple of days in the lakes, Keswick area. However the weather reports are not to good and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good site in the area with EHU preferably. Done the search but would prefer personal recommendations. Any help would be gratefully accepted, Thanks.

Have you seen the caravan sites on the news tonight, with the storms flooded out in Keswick!

Ditto above! I would be very wary about the lakes at the moment. Not as bad if you are in a caravan though.

we always used to stay at a siite called SCOTGATE in a village called Braithwaite just outside Keswick, was a nice site with a pub just up the road . easy access etc, facilities were always clean.
