I've looked in the usual places but can't find anywhere with good reviews. Need toilet and if poss shower block, needs to accept kids. Even thought about joining c&cc but all there sites seemed geared to 'vans.

Much appreciated if anyone has a suggestion.

Hi

Have you looked at Postern Hill at Marlborough? I know it doesn't have showers but it does have toilets. Takes all units and acres of forest for kids to play and explore.

You thought of Holiday Park Unity in Brean Sands?

Just came back from 7 days for max 4 people for £98. Club house, shower block and even small ammusment park 5 min stroll away. Look out for the deals on their web site.

First found it as part of Sun holiday for £9.50

Hoburne just up the A419 is a good site. Does get very busy though. I haven't stayed there but have friends that have been several times and say it is a good site.

Hoburne is good but probably booked up now. Lots of smaller sites in the area, have you tried The Bell Inn at Purton Stoke or Second Chance at Marston Meysey? if you don't mind going further then there are several near, Devizes, Seend, Melksham and Trowbridge.
