Im not sure its the same site, but we have been to Lakeside at Louth, nearer to Mablethorpe than Skegness, and we love it. Very well kept, stunning floral boarders and landscaped gardens, mainly privately owned statics, clubhouse and indoor health spa with pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. well stocked fishing lakes.
Mainly Super pitches and Caravans/Motorhomes, we havent seen any tents there as pegging down would perhaps be a bit of a problem due to their block paved hardstandings, there is space on grass for an awning, but we struggled due to the amount of concrete buried shallow under the grass to hold the hardstanding edging strips in place.
