I understand why your asking, but digital/phone coverage and length of cable required is surely a matter of fact, not opinion. Therefore it would be better to ask the people who are likely to use (or not use) their phone on the park every day, the owners. Plus its a lot easier...

We have always enjoyed Blue Dolphin, kids love it and you can use the facilities, showbars etc if you want that kind of holiday or if not it can still be a nice quiet site when you go off peak. Also has a good choice of pitches, euro pitches have a TV aerial on them and we've never had a problem getting freeview channels on there or any problem with phone signal either :)

If you are members of the C&CC, we stayed in a great little CS near Pickering this August. High Horcum Farm (my review is on here). There was a shower block with 2 showers and 3 toilets and also a hut nearer our tent with a loo and washing up facilities. One of the great things is that there was only us and another tent there, well 2 other tents at different times. No play area for children but my girls had loads of fun on the homemade rope swing, a bit of rope and a small plank of wood. My old sony ericsson phone couldn't get a signal but my husband's and girls' blackberries were fine.
