Has anyone been and if so is it a good site for children? Mine are quite little (5&6) and so it's nice to have a place to meet other children, like a little play area.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

Hi Happy Days

Yes we have been to Riverside lakes twice we love it. We don't have children ours grown up now. However most people camping did have young children.
There is no play area as such but 2 lakes and lots of wide open meadow space as well as the woods. Most children seemed to just run around the site or ride their bikes around together. At night the owners bring glow sticks around and give them out to the children, and most people light camp fires so it's quite social.
