Does anyoneknow of a good tent campsite near here for the airshow weekend? We need to be within striking distance of the airfield, decent showers etc.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

We camped at the airfield for the show a couple of years ago. There was lots of information on local campsites on the actual airshow website, we chose to camp at the official campsite. The pitch was quite small and the ground VERY stony but it was ideal for walking to the show. The site is at the end of the runway and buses trundle up and down to the main area. Portaloos and showers were cleaned regularly and even though it would not be somewhere we would normally choose to go the convience was great. Do read all the terms and conditions carefully, there are lots! Min number of nights, not able to drive offsite at busy times, pitch size etc.
