Can anyone suggest a touring caravan site in somerset. With a few facilities like indoor swimming pool etc. Just the two of us on our way back from Newquay.

There are some little gems in Somerset, we love Somerset but not one site we visit has a pool. You will usually find the ones with a pool will be the all singing & dancing big "club" style sites near Burnham or Brean (which isn't our cup of tea).
Is a pool essential? What other facilities do you need?
Not actually in Somerset - just over the border in Wiltshire is brokerswood country park brokerswood country park
It's virtually in sight and throwing distance of Somerset and is about equidistant between A303/M5
I think you will struggle to find a pool without going to the big holiday parks at Burnham/Brean which is not the best part of Somerset in my opinion as a Somerset lad.
Seemed nice enough when we stayed there, though it was just a 1 night stop over on the way to Butlins Minehead. So perhaps not as good for a longer stay?

Personal experience has seen noise in the small hours, squeaky swings in earshot of your caravan at late night, no visible wardens, dirty boating water, unclean swimming pools, lots of fairy lights festooned over wind breaks, very loud tattooed Ladies with beards ...

Ha ha ha! Can't comment on the swimming facilities etc, as didn't use them, but your last comment brought back my memories of Mill Farm, though only a few had beards and there was also some quieter people with no fairy lights etc. Fair comment though
