Cuddystone is out in the College Valley - beautiful place.
There are three campsites in Wooler - Highburn, Willows & Riverside.
Riverside is a more commercial site, with quite a lot of statics and park homes. It's also on the main A697 road.
Highburn House is set just out of town and is probably better situated.
Willows is a newish site just outside - I don't know anything about it.
I've never stayed at either of the sites, as I live just a few miles away, but Highburn always seems a nice place when I drive passed.
If you're in the CC, there is a lovely site in Powburn which is about 7 miles from Wooler.
