Dogs are still allowed on Perranporth beach all year round the only change was that during July and August between 10am and 5pm they have to on a lead in one area. This is only on one part of the beach and between those times the rest is as it was with no restrictions. So dogs are still very much welcome at Perranporth and to be honest the area where the lead order is in place is where the majority of people pitch and sit so sensible dog owners would have their dogs on a lead anyway whilst walking through several thousand people.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
This beech is ok for a few hours when the tide is out, even then sit right at the back agaisnt the wall. As the water will come right up covering all the sand.

you wont be going to st ives from now on with your dog....total ban in summer!!!
I think you will find we will (in the town anyway), Dogs are always banned on the beaches in St Ives bay including Carbis Bay and we would never attempt to take a dog there. Like I said do a little research, there is a beach just between Lelant and Carbis bay that is open to dogs all year round and is VERY dog friendly Fact ! Also across on Penzance side there are a few beaches that allow dogs.
