As it's dull & gloomy January, we thought it was time we planned a trip away at Easter. This will make a nice change as usually work committments do not allow us to have 4 days away so are hoping to make the most of it this year.
Does anyone know of any good sites (nothing fancy, just ehu & good showers) in Devon, Dorset, Cornwall or Somerset that don't hike their site fees up considerably at Easter time?
Thanks in advance

We love Hidden Valley and have booked for Easter.....very clean, very friendly, nice big pitches......It is between Ilfracombe and Braunton in North Devon.
Thanks, have always like the look of Hidden Valley but it doesn't appear to be suitable for us & our motorhome as once we park up, we go everywhere on foot or our bikes and the site is just off the main road.
This is true, however there is a regular bus route right at the entrance to the site, we know this pretty well as we always go around 3 times a year to visit family in Ilfracombe. The buses run around every 30 minutes as its on the main route to the coast from Barnstaple. Hope you find somewhere, as it nice to get away!

Birchwood Tourist Park in Dorset is a nice site, and I am returning later in mid May.
I am off to Fforest Fields in Wales myself for Easter, and am expecting to pay around 14.00 GBP (they charged 13.00 GBP last year) for one person in a tent with EHU on a grass pitch per night.

Thanks for all of your ideas guys, we have decided to go to one of our favourites...Burrowhayes Farm near Porlock. Probably not the cheapest but first class facilites and what we spend on site fees, we'll save on fuel!
Hope everyone has a great 2013 getting out & about in your tents, caravans, campers & motorhomes :-)
