If you're a Camping and Caravanning Club member (or don't mind joining) Moor Farm is a fairly basic Certificated Site listing on-site fishing, though as you'll see from my review, I've not been there recently.
If you look for it on Google maps, it's been mislabelled as "Victoria Inn", which is in sight of the turnoff for the farm but on the opposite side of the road.
Further away from Weymouth, much nearer to Swanage, you'll find Norden Farm, a commercial site but still on a working farm, which has a fishing pond (see their website for details and conditions).
