Hi have you been to Brixham before? There is a campsite called upton manor that is within 20 minutes walk of the town. It's a lovely site with very friendly owners. They have a family room too.
I really like it. My kids like crabbing off the harbour. There is an open air swimming pool, a pub that does a yummy carvery & plenty of little shops & bars. All this around the harbour. You can also get the little ferry over to Torquay. We paid £2 last year because the 2 different companies were in competion with each other.

Very popular family site. You can walk down to the tiny fishing village of Cockwood (fab little pub, great seafood). There is a bus service not far from reception that will take you all over South Devon. Ideally situated for exploring Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay, Exmouth & all the South Devon resorts that are always a favourite of those with children.
Upton Manor in Brixham as mentioned by bigbrood is a really nice site easy walk into the town as its all down hill but its a bit more of a stuggle walking back as its a pretty steep hill

Hello. We have four children and have tried a few sites in Devon over the years, upton manor farm, dornafield, and little meadow. These three are tried and tested, all getting the nod from us. Dornafield and lm are a very short drive into a town, but well worth it, little meadow is close to coombe Martin, a beautiful place. We had great fun crabbing in Brixham, ( upton manor). Hope this helps, gaz
