Hi..
Not as far down as you specified but we've had several "pre-festival season gatherings" at Rocks East woodland(just slightly north-east of Bath)...
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=2822
We( or rather the lad who organised it!) hired a complete field, for about 20-30+ of us(with a mixture of tents and campervans).I re-call they had a couple of power outlets, but we only used them to supply a "mess tent" and the beer fridge!..
Being a working woodland, the whole site has a very rustic feel...and the "facilities" are(or were)quite basic..but they did the job.
They also supplied us with "proper" firewoood for the firepits...which were great for sitting around, chatting,"being a bit loud" and generally staying up all nigh, putting the world to rights..!
There's even the woods themselves(complete "ruins/follies" and with folk living in yurts!)to wander off and get lost in...
Just to add...Personally,I wouldn't want to be sharing a field(or have the likes of cubs and/or brownies in other field)as it would curtail festivities somewhat...
