Hi Marzie, saw your post the other day and thought I think we have been there. Just spent a while looking through last year's diary and yes we have been there but only for 3 nights. It was one of those sites where there is nothing much to say about it. We were the 5th van on the site and as the weather was not good we did not see anyone else to speak to. Oh there was one chap my husband had a quick chat to and he had spent a few days there whilst visiting someone in the area. I think that one or more of the vans were workers but can't be certain. The site was not very big but we could have managed to put an awning up if we had wanted to. The grass was short but not lawned. Water and toilet disposal close and we had to put payment in a box on the fence. Can't think of anything else at the moment but like you, we sometimes come across sites that could be ideal but do not have any feedback and you can only assume that they are not brilliant but on the other hand not awful otherwise someone would have reviewed them! Hope this helps.

Hi Carol, please could you leave a quick review when you get five minutes on their listing, to help others out too? Leacroft CL, Horden on the Hill, would be very much appreciated!
Cheers

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Hi Marzie, I am just going to do a short review as requested by Webmaster. I hardly ever get five minutes to spare but if I add it to my jobs it will never get done lol. Just mentioned this to my husband and he added "it had a very nice toilet". I am afraid that myself, daughter and grandchildren tend to be lazy and use the caravan one but it is my husband who empties the toilet so he tends to use campsite ones as much as possible.
