Has anyone been lately? We've booked to go in August and have just found out that the Watersports Centre is being redeveloped and will not be open while we are there - not too bothered about that, more bothered about noise of the redevelopment while we are there.
Not sure how close the Watersports Centre is to the Campsite.

The water sport centre is a good distance from the main camp site although there is a small tent field right next to it. . I haven't been over there recently but if I get a chance to sneak out from work one lunchtime this week I will check it out for you.

We where there last weekend, they are building near the watersports lake but it's a long way from the site and definately not a problem.

Yes i can confirm that the building is a long way from the site, you will have no problem at all.
