Hi all, sorry to say i forgot i was amember on here so here goes with my first question as we are now fully kitted out c`vaners :)
We are looking for a campsite for our tourer along side a canal, or very close by with a good pub etc, some where around Skipton or that area, we live in North Manchester so anywhere in that direction of an hour or so drive, just a good excuse to try the new awning out :)
cheers

There have been several threads on this topic, if you use the search facility you should find some of them.
As an alternative to the Skipton direction I can highly recommend Bridge House Marina at Garstang, a lovely quiet site right alongside the Lancaster Canal and with a nice pub five minutes walk along the lane.
