Hi, I'm going to theobold park campsite this weekend, but I'm reading mixed reviews. I know you can't keep everyone happy, but I've been reading some bad reviews then good so not too sure.
Anyone been lately ? Thanks.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We stayed there last summer when we were attending events at the Olympics
It was fine for us: good clean (new) facilities (even when the site was full), friendly and helpful wardens.
It was an easy drive down to Waltham Cross (IIRC) and we caught the train into London from there, if you fancy a trip into town. Lots of other interesting places nearby.
The only downside for us was the road noise, which we do tend to be sensitive to. After 10 days (under canvas) it was getting me down a bit at nights. That would be my only hesitation about returning
Had a brilliant time at theobold park. Big respect to the wardens as I've never seen a campsite so clean and tidy, in fact I've never seen anywhere like that, and the grass was so thick and green like velvet.
Downside was noisy at night ( m25)and a hotel nearby played loud music till gone 3:30am, which the wardens have put complaints in about, No of these are the campsites thought in anyway.
