Any tenters stayed at these sites recently?
Last entries on the Camp Site Search were Aug and Sep 2012.
First camping trip for my wife and 7 year old.
Looking for somewhere reasonably close to Horsham.

------------- March 2013 - Crowborough - Camping and Caravanning site (didn't happen because of weather)
April - 2nd Try - Crowborough C&CC Site
May 2013 - Solent View, Lymington
June - 2013 - RiversideLakes, Dorset
August - 2013 - Breckfarm, Norfolk
I've just see you come from Horsham, so I assume yes :) we have stayed there a couple of times, as we are from just outside Worthing and consider this our local site. It's a great site and brilliant for kids. They could do with a few more showers, but toilets are plentiful.
Our most recent stay was at the beginning of the month, but I did a review last year, so I didn't write another. It was very busy the bank holiday weekend and we stayed non EHU on the field by the lake, it was beautiful.
If you stay on the front field with the playground in the middle your daughter will love it.

Thanks Monkey, yes Blacklands Farm at Henfield, also seems to have the advantage of an anytime after 9:30am checkin which would suit on Friday as I'm taking the day off.

We stayed there a few weeks back and had an amazing time! Totally fab, we happened to be pitched in front of the play frame so our son was in seventh heaven!!
Loads of space even though bank holiday weekend, really nice location, visited littlehampton, chilled and played games on site.
Totally recommend
Happy camping!
