Hi. I'm going to a wedding in Bridgwater, Somerset and will be camping at the site. It's a big trip so would quite like to make a holiday of it. It's me and my toddler.

Any special or lovely place nearby or some of the way back north to Scotland that you can recommend?

Seaside or somewhere a bit special inland would be great.

Do you know of a brilliant campsite round there?

I'm camping in the field at the wedding but looking for somewhere to go on to afterwards for a wee break. There are so many million sites to pick from. I feel like I need a recommendation.

You could look at Brean area. ( I live in Cheddar) I havent stayed at many local campsites though. As you have a toddler you have a fun fair that may have some small rides , again have a look at the site for the fair. A swiming pool and decent beach at Brean / Berrow. I think its one of those sites you ever love or hate.

We have just returned from Home Farm Holiday Centre at St Audries Bay.



The site is immaculate, has it's own bar, private beach, play area and indoor heated swimming pool.

Prices don't break the bank either. We just paid only £15 per night for a fully serviced pitchClick Here

Wow, Ang/Ken. I'm just going through my list here and I thought, I'm sure I've heard of Bowden's Crest.

I've only been! On my one and only other visit to Somerset, for new year, must've been about 2005? I drank the Pink Stuff.
