I'm sorry; I've asked this before, but lost the reply and can't find any special search category. I'd really like to set up a tour, and don't mind which canal, as long as it's attractive,
thanks

Many of the suggestions may be the same as this is a topic which often crops up. My personal favourite is the Lancaster Canal, Bridgehouse Marina site near Garstang is right by the canal with walking/cycling in either direction through some really scenic countryside.

Devizes C&CC is a good site, based on personal experience and not just because it is local to me.

Minnows CC site is right next to the Grand Western Canal near Tiverton. The canal is beautiful in unspoilt, real Devon countryside. The only downside if you can overlook it - the campsite is next to a busy road.
