We are new to caravanning (purchased last October) and have only been away in it once so far as our disabled son(15) has recently had surgery on his hip and can't walk for 6 weeks and even after that it will take a while to get on his feet again!! So summer hols on hold this year but are hoping to get away at October Half Term - any ideas for a great site, child friendly, lots to do in the area and decent family/disabled facilities! Was looking at The Plassey in Wrexham but has anyone any other suggestions. We live in South Yorkshire so a 3 hours travel max!!
