Does anyone else think that nearly £17 is a lot to pay for a solo camper....non electric in a small tent is a lot to pay as a non c & c club member...I certainly do

Hiya, it depends on which site it is, where it is, what facilities they offer, what day / night of the week you wish to camp, etc.
I would suggest if the price seems a lot and you are not happy to pay it, then look for an alternative site?

Cheers all for your posts...I just fancied a one nighter but didnt know about surcharge..il either have to bite me lip n pay extra or find somewere else .I dont visit many c &cc sites thats why ive never joined...in hindsite I do visit one quite often..me the wife..large tent and dont pay anywere near the price I was quoted to pay
