Hi there. We are off to Longnor this week, coming from Scotland using the M6. What is the best junction to use to get to Longnor. I think I remember reading that access is easier coming via Leek ? Help anyone ?

yes if you come off m6 at stoke on trent junction 15 onto A500 come off at festivel park which is a retail park i think it is sighposted A53 leek from there when you get to leek follow buxton sighns between leek and buxton there is a pub the winking man take the right turn after the winking man and head for longnor i am sure longnor woods caravan site is sighnposted on that road if you do go into longnor you wil have passed it.

hi no probs

If you like a good oldy type pub try the butchers arms at reapsmoor near longnor good food nice pint if you have a dog they are allowed in also .
