First port of call would be talk to the site your currently on!
They might let you pass the rest of the season on to someone else, they might not, all sites are different, depends if they have a waiting list or not!
My brother managed to when he purchased his van, that was a few years ago, and he went to the site owner while he was there to introduct himself and inquire, they were ok, and he just paid the seller the share of the time left on that site.
Work out what the share will be on a weekly basis then any prospective buyers will know, nothing worse than asking someone when buying for them not to know the answer.
Depends how you list the van though, as you could put people off if they think they are going to be left with a pitch for a few months. Maybe when someone enquiries about the van, mention the remainder of the seasonal pitch, as a selling point, but not part of the deal, if you know what I mean!
