I am trying to organise a small football tournament (possibly 7 aside) for my sons u12 football team.
Does anyone know a campsite with a football pitch (or 2), don't need to be full size?
It will need to accommodate tents.
Thanks
Phil.....

You might be better looking for a football club that also allows camping on their grounds., I know a couple of rugby clubs do this for extra income in the off season.
Depending on when you are planning the tournament Fairford Town FC near Swindon have a seasonal campsite. Details can be found on the campsite search section of this site.

The Black Bull at Pickering used have (youths) football teams staying there, not sure if they still do though. They had a small pitch. Major Bridge Park have a large field, not a football pitch but loads of room to set one up and they have footballers rallys.
Birchwood Tourist Park near Wareham, Dorset, has at least one football pitch, and they'll accept tents near the play area.

I am looking for a proper campsite somewhere near Derbyshire/Notts/Lincs that is a site for tents with other facilities.
Was looking at arranging a small tournament of perhaps 6 or 8 teams, 7 a-side, just really getting the lads out together, camping at the end of the season.
Thanks again
(Didn't make myself clear and didn't expect any replies - impressed)
