I will be staying at Treen farm campsite in Cornwall next May and i have been told the climb down to Pednvounder is a bit steep and difficult

is it that bad?

( 60yrs old couple, walkers not climbers biult for comfort not fitness LOLn)

From theTreen end most of the path is ok if a little loose it is quite steep and over rocks at the end. I wouldn't say there is anything that would leave you ireversibly stuck. If it is too much there is always Porthcurno, just along the coast path, or a little further Porthchapel, the beach at St Levan
