Has anyone stayed on any of these sites in October. I am looking for a site with things to do inside incase the weather is poor. I have a 12 ,4,2 year old. Help my head is battered.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Never stayed at either but we are trying blue dolphin in October on recommendation from a friend who rates it as one of his favourite sites to keep his 11yr old happy. looks pretty good on the website.
We paid £36 for 4 nights including the extra for the dog.
try primrose valley its just up the road from blue dolphin and better site flam land is a bit costly but there is all the rides and zoo there are pros and cons for both sites enjoy whichever you choose
The touring area is near the entrance and it is a huge park, it probably at least 10 minute walk to the entertainment but on the plus side your away from the stacks of statics so in theory could be quieter at busier times.
We had our best camping weekend at Blue Dolphin in July, mainly helped by cracking weather and The Lions winning but also the facilities were great for all of us adults and kids and Filey is lovely.
stopped at blue dolphin a couple times and the only complaint i would have is some of the pitches are a bit crappy especially if its wet but as for things to do cant complain
Cheers for the good advice. £36 For 4 nights .Cheapest I can find for BlueDDolphin is £119 for a euro pitch. I am a new member of the C.C and it still makes no difference in the price.
nsteel - when are you looking at going, I have just re-entered my dates and coming back with the same price, also put in for a full week (during half term)on a grass pitch with electric which was £52
