I have gotten a little behind with posting some of my pics so I thought that I would go through them today and get a bit of a camping fix. We won't be camping much next year as we have booked a 3 week holiday to Florida and will be saving our pennies. Below are some pics from our week long holiday to Dorset. We stayed at the Inside Park in Blandford, we thought the site was nice but did not particularly enjoy our pitch as we were very shaded and got little sun. We had some lovely weather apart from it was absolutely chucking it when we arrived, luckily two lovely gentlemen helped us put up the tent in the downpour. After getting the tent up we went into the Village and had a lovely posh meal and I had a glass of champers to get the holiday started. We visited the village of Burley and took the children on a horse carriage ride. We spent a lovely day at the Beaulieu Motor Museum where we especially enjoyed seeing the Top Gear cars. We visited the NT Corfe Castle, spent some time at local beaches and had a lunch at the River Cottage Canteen.

Great pictures thank you for posting them. Noted you visited Beaulieu , how did you manage with your dog? Would love to spend the day there but we always take dogs camping with us.

You can take the dog with you to Beaulieu (lots of people did), we didn't realise this though and left him in the on-site kennels. At the Beulieu Motor Museum they have undercover dog areas where you can tie your dog up while you go into the bits where dogs are not allowed. There is shelter and water for them.
