hello all. I'm definatly a novice camper so after some campsite ideas for Dorset. 4 adults, no kids or pets going in early May. I'd like to be fairly near to the coast, but not essential. Just seems so much choice, I don't know whare to start!

Look in the Swanage area ; access to the Purbecks for lovely walks and scenery. Close to lovely beaches at Swanage, Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. Then lots to sea Charmouth, Lyme Regis And Weymouth way too.
Dorset is beautiful and we are lucky enough to live here :-)
Hi considering the distance that you will be travelling a very central site for all of Dorset would be WIlksworth Farm, 20 minutes to Bournemouth, 15 minutes to Poole and 20 minutes to the purbeck area of Wareham and then onto Swanage, you can also get to places like Salisbury, Shaftesbury and Blandford very easily.
