5 of us going to Northern Norway, 2 days in Tromso & 4 days on the Hurtigruten to hunt the Northern Lights.

We often go to Galloway. That part of Scotland is relatively mild at that time of year, and the Snowdrop Festival in Scotland runs throughout Feb - there are so many other places to visit in the area: Dunskey, Cally etc. Garlieston CS is open then, with wonderful walks in the snowdrop woods of next door Garlieston House (free entry).
