Hi Everyone,

I have still not made my mind up for a seasonal pitch for next year. Anywhere any direction an hour (ish ) from Sheffield.............Lincoln, Retford , Cleethorpes, Pickering , York  Nottingham etc etc

What I am really looking for is a caravan pitch that looks directly onto the camping field . It may seem odd lol but we have very many haapy memories of camping when our children were growing up . I love to see everyone  " setting Up " and enjoy the atmosphere.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please

I guess it is quite an unusual request.  Its a bit of a unusual situation for us at the mo, many factors to consider, least of all having no tow car and having to question in a 13 stone Irish Wolfhound- see my gallery image  

We have actually been doing just as you advised this winter and have spent weekends looking at campsites from the maps  that are open or checking out the area if closed . Sadly pesky work hours gets in the way for both of us lol

I just love other people thoughts and reviews though and just thought I would ask
