Hello and welcome to the forums! Have you been to Morecambe Bay? There's a number of sites at Bolton le Sands, we have only used Red Bank Farm, that might suit you, though they discourage caravans due to a tightish turn through the yard. Look at the listings on here.

Have you tried Camp Site Search?
(Caravan Club has CLs by the way, Camping and Caravanning Club call theirs CSs)

There is a nice flat site close to Glasson Dock, its a ccc CS, cant remember the name of it but there are nice walks either along the canal or on the footpath/cycle path into Lancaster, another one close by is called Heron Wood Cl (caravan club) not sure what your outfit is? we love this area and also another good one if you are caravanners is Wirral country park, alongside a long track which follows the coast up to west Kirby, great for walking or cycling. Thornleigh Park Farm near Chester, lovely site, has a shower.
Laverick Hall near Lancaster, great little site.
Moss Thorn near Penrith if you could manage without a shower, has a loo and washbasin, easy access from M6, bit basic but cheap, good base for the eastern lakes.
Low Moor farm near Longtown, haven't been there yet, looks lovely, booked for June (it has an availability calendar and looks very popular).

You don't say what unit you have - I'm guessing from your name that it's a caravan. If so, and you can use your own facilities, then apart from lack of showers this C & CC CS might fit your requirements for a weekend -

On the outskirts of Bolton with views over the surrounding countryside. Jumbles Country Park on the doorstep, with a small cafe and information centre and a great dog walk right round the reservoir. Morrisons supermarket just a short drive away if you need food or fuel.

Just realised you ask about CLs, but they are for Caravan Club members, not C&CC, so you would need to be a CC member to use Laverick Hall, Moss Thorn and Low Moor. Thornleigh is a CS, Camping and Caravanning Club. There is a cheap independant site, Packhorse Farm at Alderwasley near Wirksworth, very south end of the Peak District, which we liked but again no showers, does have loos and basins. Lower Cockden Farm CL under Burnley in the CC book (but it's nearer to Colne) is also very nice, has a washroom (no shower).
