Hi guys,
We were hoping that somebody might be able to recommend a campsite in the Forest of Dean.
Hopefully near to some sort of cycle trails

We really love a campsite called Whitemead. It has great facilities and you can cycle straight on to forest trails from the campsite.

Yes whitemead and the forest site at Christchurch called the Bracelands .

Greenway Farm Camping is one on my list to visit at some point. Their website has information on it about cycling routes.

I've never been but there are many positive reviews on uk campsite:

We had a lovely week's holiday at Beanhill Farm near Lydney last year. I couldn't comment on whether it is near cycle trails but it was very convenient for all sorts of days out. Details here: Beanhill

I haven't been but white mead looks really good and is on the list to try. Tried bracelands and is well located bit the site: yuk !   The area is lovely though had a lovely break.

Bracelands and Christchurch have fallen by the wayside in terms of hygiene.....the toilet blocks are really awful and for that reason only i wont return until they have got them sorted. Whitemead looks great
