Me and my family have recently moved to Blackpool and would like to go camping somewhere in Lancashire in May.
Before I start searching on here can any one make any recommendations please.
Not looking for an all singing all dancing site, just somewhere, where a 10 year old and 9 year old can play, prefer a site with ehu.
Many thanks.

I've had a look & the campsite is on the campsite search page here, (sorry, can't link on a Kindle!) It's called Queensland Caravan Park, Carr Lane, Hambleton. It's about 9 miles from Blackpool, over the River Wyre. Failing that, Knott-End is pretty, as is Glasson Dock; there must be sites round there too.
I love Morecambe Bay, there's a number of sites listed on here. The only one we've used is Red Bank Farm at Bolton le Sands, but they have limited EHU. If you can manage without, the kids will love it. And if you follow the coast road back towards Morecambe, you come to Happy Mount Park, which has a fantastic free play area right at the back.

Wyreside Lakes and Fishery is a lovely site at a place called Bay Horse about half an hour away from Blackpool (come off the M6 at Forton/Lancaster services).
It is out in the countryside with a lovely wooden play area and at weekends their bar is open for drinks and meals.
