Anybody been to gower peninsular any views on this area thanks.we would be travelling for a weeks break in June in a touring caravan two adults and one dog.
------------- PAB,
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
The Gower is beautiful, highly recommended. We haven't stayed at any sites actually on the peninsula, but have stayed at Llwynifan Farm at Llangenneth near Llanelli, it's great CS and is cheap.
Have to agree with Mrs Bounce, the Gower is very beautiful and the local people very friendly. Try and walk the Worms Head, spectacular views at the end.
ENJOY

We stayed at Three Cliffs Bay last year and woke up to this view every morning!
Stunning area, great walks and beaches and very doggie friendly. HIGHLY recommended.

Gateway?
Yeah, very mixed reviews and not the sort of place we would generally go but the kids will enjoy it. We don't normally stay in one place for longer than 3 or 4 days but friends we are going with have a caravan and don't like moving around so much so thought gateway would be. Good base,
We usually stay At the cc club at pembrey
------------- Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Excellent choice
As well as all the well known beeches, the coast between mumbles and Swansea is fantastic for a bike ride, we rode down to the prom via an old disused railway line straight from the caravan club site at gowerton, enjoyed it so much we went two years running, it was a few years back now but thinking of another trip this year
