Surely it depends on what the OP is wanting in terms of locations, loos/showers, etc.? With CCC outside of high season you can just about manage a pitch - grass, no EHU - for a tenner on their sites, let alone a CS, but you have to pay the £42 membership fee. For the OP, it might well be worth joining and it clearly works out well for those who can get away more often, limited budget or not. However, £42 is a lot for someone on a limited budget who may only get a few nights away - last year, I managed two nights (okay, personal circumstances) on a CCC site, which was astromical!!

This lovely little site is the cheapest we've been to so far... £7 per adult, £4 per child, £3 for leccy... and no mention of "minimum occupancy", so I guess that means £7 for a soloist? And no other extra charges (that I'm aware of)... be it for a second car, showers, awnings, dogs or visitors!
There's no luxurious 5* heated amenities, but the far-better-than-basic facilities are spotless, and serve their purpose perfectly.
We've been again since my review, and are almost certainly going for a third time in a couple of weeks time, as Muckerette fancies re-doing the very pleasant (and flat!) cycle ride into Mablethorpe.
2 nights x 2 adults for £28... That leaves £2 for do-nuts on the prom!
------------- 2024: 38 nights thus far...
2023: 47 nights
2022: 40 nights
2021: 30 nights
2020: Just 24 nights
2019: A personal best 50 nights
2018: Just the 30 nights
2017: 34 nights
2016: 32 nights
2015: 38 nights
2014: 34 nights
2013: 36 nights
From July 2012: 23 nights
