Can someone please recommend me a nice site in Northumberland. Not interested in clubs or playgrounds as our 'little ones' aren't so little anymore and it'll just be the two of us and Bailey the lab.
Must be dog friendly, a site similar to Fforest Fields would be fantastic, but basically, our priorities are a peaceful, dog friendly site with good facilities.
Thank you.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Highburn House, Wooler was one of our favourites when we camped, (we now have a tourer on a seasonal). Nothing on the site except lovely toilet facilities but the town is only a 10/15 minute walk for numerous pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Was very reasonably priced as well.
We absolutely loved this one in Craster. The facilities could be classed as basic/dated I guess but were always clean and the atmosphere was lovely. We'd definitely return if we're ever back over that way.
