I am having a nightmare. I have had to wait to see if I can afford to go away next weekend. Now confirmed I have the,money but can't find a pitch. Only have 60-70 for few days away and needs be an hour or so from Stoke on Trent, any ideas folks?

We are going to Blackmore C&CC site, it's around the Malvern HIlls. A very pretty area. Not too good on times but it's the right side of the country.

Depends what you are looking for. What about Colwyn Bay or Llandudno area? Seaside and not too far, about 1.5 hrs at most. There's also the peak district, Cheshire or Derbyshire? Look at site reviews on here.

You could try Easthope Caravan and Camping site (it's listed on here) About 4 miles from Much Wenlock. A lovely peaceful farm site at £12 per night for 2 people.

We only booked yesterday for Easter weekend, but we're going on a rally with local centre caravan club. If you're members of either club why don't you look what's in your area. Probably save you a fortune too. We are doing commercial site for £11 a night !
