Hi looking for camp sites, within 2 hours ish can be further as don't mind travelling of Warrington. We are a couple wanting to do some walking bike riding, like pottering about on weekends and bank holidays. Toilets would be essential, don't have any children so doesn't have to be child friendly, just looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to spend some weekends.

We have a tent, and there's just the two of us.

Looked on a few websites to search for camp sites but don't seem to be having much luck, so thought people may know who's been before.

hi campingcouplee..and welcome to ukcs..you could try manorafon farm in llanddulas abergele..weve been a few times and its a nice site..close to landudno..conway..the sea,,,closer to home theres charity farm in wrightington..lady heyes in frodsham ..hope you get sorted and good luck looking..stewey camperman

Have you looked at the C & CC site at Keswick in the lake district, not the cheapest but the location takes some beating.

I always recommend Red Bank Farm at Bolton le Sands. Inexpensive site right on Morecambe Bay. Cycle to the village, Morecambe, Lancaster along the canal. Walk along the shore. Look at the reviews on here.
