Just booked Grin Low, Buxton through the CC web site - (CC newbie users).

But we couldn't find how to get the discount offered on here for their / that site (if you know how I mean)?

And, how / when do I pay the fee? It never asked for payment at the end, or anywhere on their web site...?

On caravan club sites you pay on arrival they don't ask for a deposit if this is what you mean

OH filled the CC booking form in online, but she never saw anywhere where you would put in your ID etc..?

I book Caravan Club sites online all the time and have never heard of a discount for UK Campsite members. Is this discount not for commercial sites as CC and C&CC sites have their own special offers?

This is a UKCS offer specific to the site

GCMS2012, as Kate W suggests, I'd give them a ring (with your ID number to hand) mentioning the UKCS offer, and if need be cancelling the online booking.
