I am at present on seasonal site 8 miles from York some people pay £30 per month storage and have van pulled on to free pitch morning of their arrival and then pay what ever nightly rate is for time of season less 15% . they just ring owner day before arrival others pay 6 months storage 6 months pitch. For £50 per year you can leave EHU connected to van between visits which keeps battery charged and fridge cold this is very handy if you have week at home week at van it means certain items can be left in fridge like salad cream/ apple sauce etc once opened I believe after two years on site seasonal fees are reduced by £100 under that seasons charge as a loyality bonus. You can leave awning up from 1st March to30th November without charge. A nearby site makes you take awning down if you are to be away from site more than 24 hrs, that site also makes you buy precharged electricity cards, the owners states that its to make it fairer for people who only come once a month as compared to people who come weekly. what he really means is he has found away to charge you more for electricity than he pays which is illegal.
We are on a seasonal pitch in Northumberland its £100 overwinter storage, on the pitch at times, £130 a month from March to Oct/November, Awning left up, electric on, Happy days. Also we use it occasionally during the winter too.
